When I got my 3rd DUI, I figured I would just plead guilty and serve my time in jail. When I was referred to Brian Schiller and met him for the first time, my thought process changed. He told me he was going to give me everything he had, and he followed through on that promise. My case lasted almost 10 months, during which Mr. Schiller filed numerous motions before my trial. When we finally went to trial, he was extremely prepared and effective on cross-examination of the police officers for my case. I was very satisfied having him by my side.
